How do I book a court?

Click here to book a court

This will bring up the booking timetable which has the option to make a booking Today or tomorrow. You can then choose your preferred time, for how long and preferred surface then click ‘Check Availability’

Or in the bottom left of the timetable box is ‘view schedule’ link this will bring up the full timetable of all courts and times. Go to the day you are looking to book, it will show you the availability.

Click on the time you are after and follow the prompts.

Once you have made your booking and paid via credit card you will receive an SMS and Email with your PIN CODE and booking instructions.

Can a private lesson be shared between more than 2 or more people?

Yes you can share a private lesson between more than 2 people. It’s the same price for 2 people to share, if you would like 3 to 4 it will be $10 extra. eg: ½ hr $40 for 2 people, $50 for 3 to 4 people.

Can I book a private lesson online?

No, you cant make a booking online for Private lessons. To make a booking please call Michael on: 0403496466 as Privates can be organized for mornings, day time or evenings.

Why won’t my PIN Code work for my online court booking?

You must allow 15 minutes from the time of when you make the actual booking, for the code to register to the gate. Eg: if your time that you have booked for is 6:00 pm and you make the online booking at 6:00 pm, the code will not work until 6:15 pm.

So Please remember to make your booking in advanced to ensure that you can access at the time of your booking

What is the time frame for cancelling a lesson without losing my money?

You have 6 hours from your booking time to cancel or amend your booking without forfeiting your payment. However if it is raining at the courts at your allocated time, resulting in you not being able to play at all, then we can transfer this booking to another time/day. To do this you must call Michael on 0403 496 466 to amend your booking.

How will I know if lessons are cancelled due to wet weather?

For all wet weather notices for coaching classes, please join our Facebook page and/or Instagram page, as we put all our notifications up on there.

We will not cancel classes up until 15 minutes prior to the lesson time,

For example, Monday – Fridays lessons decisions will be made at around 3:15 pm for the afternoon classes, and depending on how bad the weather is, the later classes a decision could still be made for these classes closer to their time.

Saturday lessons normally decision will be made if called off by 7:45 am

Please note: If there is NO Facebook or Instagram Post this will generally mean that tennis is STILL ON. We will put a post up if they are OFF.

Can I make up a lesson?

You can make up lessons if you have given us at least 24 hours notice that you are unable to attend the class.

If you do not show or cancel at the last minute your make up privileges will be forfeited. If you cancel due to the weather being a little uncertain, and the classes are still running this also forfeits your make up privileges.

If we cancel the classes due to either WET WEATHER or HEAT RULE then you are able to organize a make up class, please arrange this with Michael via SMS or call on 0403 496 466.

What happens in the event of lightning or high temperatures?

If the temperature at the time of classes reaches 40 deg C, then all classes will be cancelled, and make up classes can be arranged.

For Lightning if we have any lighting in a close vicinity of the courts we will cease all on court activities immediately.
