First weekend of Club Championships ✅. We had our Tennis day today and the weather was 👌.
A fantastic day on court with both Women’s and Men’s Doubles.
Great matches with great people, what more could you ask for 🙌.

We would like to welcome Forma Health & Rehabilitation - Broadmeadow, Newcastle to Bar Beach Tennis Club as one of our new sponsors👏👏👌

Ciaren will be at the courts on Sunday doing activations from 8.30am at our Tennis Club Championships and talking to players. If you would like to pop in and chat to Ciaren pop down to the courts this Sunday.

Another Forma physician will also be there on Sunday the 20th September at our Pickleball Club Championships.

Here is a little introduction to Forma…
Forma Health & Rehabilitation is led by Ciaran Lavers, a chiropractor and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) instructor trained through the Prague School of Rehabilitation. Ciaran holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University.

Before his clinical career, Ciaran was an elite tennis player who competed at all levels competing around the world. That background informs Forma’s approach to athlete care: rehabilitation and performance work grounded in a genuine understanding of what competitive tennis demands, physically and mentally.

Forma is proud to support the Michael Mills Tennis Club and the people competing this weekend.

Bar Beach Tennis Club Championships are on in September This time we are raising money for the Leukaemia Foundation.
50% of every entry fee will go to the Leukaemia Foundation to help raise much needed funds and for our event to raise awareness.
Our Doubles event is on Sunday the 13th September and Mens Singles on the 20th September.
